Week in Review

Sunday we played soccer again. Alyssa came to watch from Birmingham. We have so much fun watching our "little man" play. Grant makes sure we know how many goals he has scored~ each time he makes one. He is very very aggressive. He knocked the ball out of the coaches hand when he was about to throw the ball in, and then, he scored a goal. Of coarse, everyone died laughing. Then, we got the old faithful count that that was goal #3 for the day. Reagan is growing and growing. She has the cutest cheeks. Monday, I went back to work. Mrs. Horne kept Reagan. She said that she was up most of the day, and did not take much of a nap. As you can see, she crashed when we got home in her Daddy's arms. She was out!! And, not to leave Presley out, she looked as cute as ever!! She did manage to run the right way this Sunday. Jake had a baseball game, so he was not available for photos.

Our "Little" girl is coming alive. She is getting so big~so fast. She is starting to "talk", laugh, and smile. Never say Never!!!! I always hated these headbands. But, of coarse, Reagan is gorgeous in them. :)

GW Long Football update

Sorry for not posting the latest football stats. I just can't keep up with this blog. Some people were asking the results of the games for Scott's team. The Rebels won their first game against Dale County. Their second game did not go quite as well, they lost to New Brockton, but they were able to score 20 points, which was good. And, this past Friday night, they played Samson and won 41-20. The boys are playing so well. All their hard work is really paying off.

Soccer Sunday

Grant and Presley are playing soccer together on Sunday afternoons. Thanks to Alyssa, Grant was able to score 3 goals in his first game, and 2 goals in his second game. Presley perfected looking cute on the soccor field. She ran up and down the field, sometimes in the right direction!!! But, she thought she did such a good job. That is all that matters. Being a mom is so much fun. Uncle Mark is one of the coaches. Jessica (Morgan) Reeder is the other coach. Jessica and I graduated from high school together. Thanks to Alyssa for helping Grant on the week-ends she was here.

Alyssa spent the long week-end with us. She and Grant fuss a lot, but this morning, he was pitiful. He woke up and ran to the den to see Alyssa. When she was not there, he walked around calling her name. He was so sad. He said that he wanted to go to Birmingham and steal her back from Uncle Jeff.

Grant gives Uncle Jeff the "thumbs up" on his choice of clothes. This means a lot because he is very picky!!!!

We love when Uncle Jeff goes to the beach!!!!! Look at all of the clothes that he brought us!
