Merry Christmas

I love the holidays! I will post more pictures when things settle down. I love the pictures of Santa coming to our house. Grant was so excited. Reagan liked him too! Christmas was fun, as usual. At Mom's the men did the traditional "gag" gifts. There were several snuggies to go around. But, the funniest gag gift was brought by Uncle Jeff. He brought a Micheal Jackson book, a glitter glove, some skin lightener, a fake nose, and super cool sunglasses. Other gifts included golf ball finder glasses, a no fog mirror and nail clippers, and a sandwich maker~which we used Christmas night at Jackie and Mark's house.

The Horne Family

The Horne Family
I have a new obsession. I love changing pictures with photoshop. I changed some to water color, and some to detailed oil. It is so neat to see the change of the photo. I am doing all of my new pictures! I'm sure they will get better. I need to practice. The program does so much.

The Jenny Jumper

We are trying to decide who loves the Jenny jumper the most, Grant~or Reagan. Take a look for yourself!

Looking for Brother

Reagan loves Grant! She looks for him when she wakes up from her naps. The three pictures below sum up how much she loves him. Looking (photo 1), Looking (photo 2), FOUND HIM! (photo 3) Isn't that soooooooo sweet!

Jacob and Presley love each other so much. It is so funny to see all of the "reject" pictures that were taken in an attempt to get an acceptable photo. The first picture ended up making the card. But, the others are hilarious. I did not even attempt to make my own. :)

What a Weekend!

We had a busy weekend. Friday night we went over to Jody and Pam's to eat supper. We also ordered tickets to the Auburn Bowl game in Tampa. FUN! On Saturday morning, we woke up early and went to Grant's upward basketball game. He is hilarious. He is only 4, and he is playing with 6 year olds, but, he holds his own. Scott was so proud. Grant even scored a goal. He needs to practice dribbling though. He is prone to foul too! I apologized to the other parents before the game even began. The people in the stands, even for the other team, protested when they started to take Grant out of the game. :)

Moving on, Happy Birthday Hubert! Immediately after the game, we went to Pizza Kastle to celebrate Hubert's 5th birthday. It was so much fun.

I met Natalie, Cliff, Sydney, and Lucy at Dothan Botanical Gardens to make some pictures for them to use for Christmas cards. Her girls are beautiful. It was not hard to get a good photo of each of them.

Then, we were given a gift by the Cutrell's. He is a pilot, and he offered to take us up and see the lights over Dothan and the surrounding area. I work with Ruthie at Honeysuckle. It was such a nice gift. They have been doing this for their friends for about 15 years now. Grant even got to ride up front and REALLY fly the plane. He did not do too well, and I quickly made Mr. Jeff take back over. Thanks to all of our friends and family for a wonderful weekend.

And~ Happy 11th Anniversary to Jackie and Mark!

Grant said "Presley is pretty in this picture". And he wanted to show everyone. He is also obsessed with a cheerleader at Scott's school. Her name is Cassie Payne. But, Grant calls her Passie Cane. If you notice Reagan's shirt, it has a blond cheerleader on it. He said that was his girlfriend Passie Cane. He LOVES her!
Pictures, Pictures, Pictures! Grant wanted to add more pictures of our "holiday house". Colby and Scott took full advantage of our rainy day holiday. We were out of school due to possible thunderstorms. They went hunting. Poppa came to visit also. Reagan sure does love her Poppa. She smiles at him so big every time she hears his voice.

Decorating for the Holidays!

Grant and Cameron decorated the Christmas tree today. Reagan tried to take a nap. She put her little toy over ear to try to keep the noise down. It did not work! But, she woke up with a smile. She is so sweet!

Forgotten Gift!

I just got off of the phone with Alyssa. She quickly reminded me that I did not list her gift among the presents that I received on my birthday. I am so sorry!!!! Alyssa and Jeff always give me little gifts, so I just forgot. I also always steal her clothes when she comes to visit. But, I just forgot~NO EXCUSES! They gave me a Auburn shirt that is so cute. It is brown and has polka dots on it. Alyssa bought her one just like it. I'm going to dress like her and embarrass her as much as possible. They also got me a pair of pink nike running shorts, to go with it.Thanks ALYSSA and JEFF!!!!

Birthday in Review

What a great birthday! Joel and I met with our families in Pratville at the Bass Pro Outlet on Sunday. It was so good to see them. Madeline is so cute. Grant loved all of the animals. On Monday, I got flowers at work. A good friend, Natalie Jeffcoat, sent me the arrangement with the sunflowers. I was so surprised.

Then, Scott sent me flowers from the three of them. They were beautiful. Suzanne and Terri gave me the keychain, Lauren gave me the photo clutch and picture notepad, and Alisa, Colby, and Cameron gave me the lotion, body wash, and the cute new wallet.

Mother is giving me a date night! She is going to watch Grant and Reagan while Scott and I have some time together. I think she is taking them to eat and doing something special with them. They are so excited~ well Grant is!

Jackie, Mark, Jacob and Presley gave me a bracelet and some earrings. They are not in the pictures. The cards that they made me were my favorite. Jacob wrote "Happy Birthday~MommaTwo~ that is what he called me when he was little! Jackie was not real happy about that! He thought he had two mother's because I was there all the time. :)

Mr. and Mrs. Horne gave me a necklace, bracelet, and earrings. Then, we all went out to eat at O'Charleys. I also received phone calls from all of my brother's and my sister. I loved hearing the little voices of their children singing happy birthday over the phone.

I could not have asked for a better day. I love all of the people that I work with, and my family! I am so blessed!!!!

Thanks to everyone for making my day so special. It was one of my best birthday's yet!
